| Work and Travel US: |
| Work and Travel USA is a Program of international cultural exchange that allows students from different countries to go on summer vacations to the United States to work and travel. The primary purpose of the program is to acquaint foreign students with the culture and life of modern America and the distribution of other cultures among its inhabitants. |

Summer Work Travel Students must: |
 |
Be sufficiently proficient in English to successfully interact in an English speaking environment.
|
|
Be post-secondary school students enrolled in and actively pursuing a degree or other full-time course of study at an accredited post-secondary educational institution outside the United States. |
|
Have successfully completed at least one semester or equivalent of post-secondary academic study |
|
Have a visa in advanced unless they come from a visa waiver country. |

Benefits |
The Summer Work and Travel program provides foreign college or university students with an opportunity to live and work in the United States during their summer vacation, to experience and to be exposed to the people and culture in the United States. |
